Rates
150.00 for 45/50 minute individial psychotherapy session (most insurances cover this service to some degree) 200.00for 60 minute family therapy session ( often these sessions are not covered by insurance) 125.00 per month for group psychotherapy sessions (group therapy is accessed by individual evaluation for group fit consideration). I do not bill insurance for group services. 100.00 for group evaluation and consultation ( not billed to insurance). 150.00 for Clinical Hypnotherapy ( Not covered by most insurances, I do not bill insurances for this service) : Life issues, work or career issues, parenting skill building or addressing specific parenting issues, relationship issues, guidance, or skill building. These services have packages for a specific time and are decided on an individual and content specific evaluation. The evaluation is a 90 minute session and includes assessment of need and situation, goal setting, planning and strategies for growth and development. There is a one time evaluation fee of 175.00, which is paid at the beginning of the evaluation session..
Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
